Fall is back. It's still nice, but the days are getting shorter. Very quickly, and without too much that one realizes it, the summer will be finished and we will have resumed our habitual routine.

Eat your meals at set times (and drink water)

Try to drink a full glass of water every morning, when you wake up, and try to drink eight to ten glasses of liquid a day (water, juice, milk, soup and other drinks). In addition, try to reduce your consumption of caffeine, alcohol and sugary drinks. If, for example, you drink two coffees in the morning and another at noon, try to eliminate one.

Do not deprive yourself of sleep

Sleep is essential for the maintenance of your mental and physical health, for the health of your immune system and for your quality of life in general.
